Make lemon water! If you saw my post on Monday featuring my beloved KitchenAid Citrus Squeezer, then you'll know that every morning the first thing I do is make a big mug of warm lemon water. Although I love this part of my routine, there used to be times that cutting up a lemon, juicing it, and then cleaning up the mess just seemed like too much work first thing in the morning. Sometimes my laziness would win, and I would skip making this even though I loved the way it made me feel. But not anymore!
I'm here to give you the easiest lemon water hack! I am all about making things simple, and I believe the more convenient
something is then the more likely you are to add it to your routine and have it become a habit. My mom can testify to this, since I told her about this hack lemon water has become a staple for her every morning! I can promise you this hack will save you time, mess, and your lemons won't go bad sitting around waiting to be used.
All you need is: an ice cube tray, a juicer, and of course lemons!
I use this tray from Target and it's perfect! Just juice enough lemons to fill the tray, and store it in the freezer for your convenience. Easy peasy lemon squeezy 😉 I like to use two cubes, which is generally 1/2 of a lemon. If you haven't already, be sure to check out my product of the week post to learn some of the amazing benefits of lemon water!
