Did you know that April is known as Stress Awareness Month? I know I am a little late getting this post out, but better late than never! Stress is unfortunately a part of life, but there are so many things you can do to de-stress and reset. Think of de-stressing as a form of “spring cleaning”. What can you do today to lighten the load of the stressful things that are weighing you down right now? These 10 tips are accessible and effective for anyone who needs to clear their minds and regain harmony.

In the year 2022 an obesity crisis in unfolding right in front of us. Millions of people across the globe are overfed but undernourished, meaning they have such easy access to food but often times it is prepackaged, calorie dense, and overly processed foods. There are two things that humans can do every day to fuel their bodies, minds, and souls- eat healthy and move your body. Surprisingly, this is easier said than done. A lot of us have this mentality that eating healthy has to be this complicated, expensive, and boring process and that is not the case! What we choose to consume day in and day out will affect your overall health. Whether it is positively or negatively, well that is up to you!

Ahhhh, spring is finally here!! I don't know if it was the gloomy weather here in Sweden, the pandemic and not wanting to go out, adjusting to life with a baby, or a combination of all three- but this winter felt really long! I don't know about you, but I feel such a shift in my mood and energy as soon as spring rolls around and the days become brighter and longer. I love seeing the flowers and trees begin to bloom, and everything just starts to feel fresh and vibrant again.  I thought in today's post I would split things up into a few categories and "springify" them. I know springify isn't a word, but you'll see what I mean as you continue reading.
